India and the US have identified areas where the two countries can start immediate collaboration, which include investment, cluster-related initiatives, investment summit and identification of projects. The Union Commerce and Industry Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and the US Commerce Secretary Penny Pritzker, during a meeting, agreed to initiate identification of real projects where partners from both the countries will collaborate. Pritzker gave a draft MoU on US-India Infrastructure Initiative proposal, which Sitharaman termed as a very positive step and would be taken forward.
