India, Vietnam sign pact on oil & gas cooperation

ONGC Videsh (OVL), and the Vietnam oil and gas group PetroVietnam (PV) have sign­ed an agreement on cooperation in the field of oil and gas. The framework agreement was signed in the presence of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Vietnamese President Truong Tan Sang, who was on a visit to India.
