Panish PK, appointed Regional Sales Director, Bosch Power Tools for India & SAARC, has taken over as the new business head of the organisation. Panish will focus on overseeing sales of power tool products in India & SAARC, with a vision for the organisation, which is to get closer to the customers by providing compelling value proposition and customised solutions for both the markets.
In his new role, Panish will spearhead the company’s growth across multiple channels for the entire portfolio of power tools, accessories, and services business. His long term focus will encompass deeper penetration of the brand through channel expansion and focussed sub dealer programmes in Tier III and IV cities. He will also focus on widening the power tool accessories product portfolio, besides strengthening the services network. Having an engineering degree from Bangalore University and a post graduate degree in management from IIM Calcutta, Panish has taken over from Vijay Pandey, who was the Vice-President of Bosch Power Tools India, and will now be shifting to Germany to take on a new responsibility within the company.
