India´s crude oil refinery output declined 4.3 per cent to 18.55 million tonne (mt) in August 2014, continuing the downfall for the fifth straight month. Public sector refineries recorded 0.2 per cent fall in the output to 10.456 mt in August 2014. Meanwhile, the output of private refineries declined 1.8 per cent to 7.582 mt.
