Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) will enter the domestic debt market with a seven-year bond issue to mop up Rs 640 crore through book building method to part fund a number of generation and transmission and distribution projects. Though the actual issue size is Rs 500 crore, the corporation is hopeful of mopping up another Rs 140 crore by exercising the green-shoe option.
