Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik called upon engineers to focus their attention on creation of quality infrastructure and ensure timely completion of projects. Addressing the annual conference of Odisha Engineer´s Service Association, the Chief Minister said engineers must consider their work not just as an assignment but as a mission of life to provide quality infrastructure to people.
