Kandla Port has identified Ras Infraport, Sical Logistics, IMC and PSL for its Rs 755 crore project to develop new berths on build-operate-transfer basis. Tenders for the four new berths were invited twice after improving the revenue-sharing arrangement with the bidding companies.
