According to a filing with the stock exchange, IL&FS Transportation Networks signed a Concession Agreement with National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for four laning of Khed – Sinnar Section of NH-50 under Phase IV B in Maharashtra. The firm would execute the project on DBFOT basis.
