With space at the Mahindra World City industrial township in Chennai almost fully taken up, the next area of focus will be in Jaipur, according to Anita Arjundas, MD & CEO, Mahindra Lifespace Developers. The MWC at Chennai, a 1,500-acre industrial township with three Special Economic Zones and Domestic Tariff Area, is home to 64 companies employing over 35,000 people. More than three-fourths of the companies are multi-nationals and the rest leading domestic players.
