MEP Infrastructure Developers has signed an agreement with an arm of the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB Malaysia) for joint development of projects in India. “The company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with CIDB Holdings SDN BHD to promote and develop their cooperation by knowledge sharing and introducing best practices towards joint development of highways and expressways projects in India and related investment,” the company said in a regulatory filing. CIDB Holdings SDN BHD is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CIDP Malaysia. The activities “may be carried out in India or any other country” as may be mutually agreed upon, the statement added.
