The Orissa Power Generation Corporation (OPGC) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Transparency International India (TII). The 'Integrity Pact' is a tool developed by Transparency International, to ensure that all activities and transactions between the company and their suppliers as well as contractors are dealt in a fair and transparent manner.
