Reliance Power has commenced generation at the first of the two 300 MW units that make up the second phase of the company's Rosa Project in Uttar Pradesh. The Rosa Project, with cumulative capacity of 1,200 MW, has also secured fuel supply with government awarding long-term coal linkage from Central Coal Fields for capacity expansion.
