Two Spanish firms, Isolux Corsan and Cobra Instalaciones, have entered the fray for the proposed PPP project in power transmission in Uttar Pradesh. These firms had qualified the request for qualification (RFQ) stage in August 2010 and have filed their financial bids in the request for proposal (RFP) documents, which will be opened later this month.
