- Rs. 92 Cr order from PHED, Jaipur for water supply system in Sikar, Rajasthan
Gurgaon, May 22, 2013: SPML Infra Ltd., one of India's leading infrastructure development company has won Rs. 396 crores order from PHED, Jaipur. This is an extension of existing earlier order of water infrastructure development work in Ratangarh-Sujangarh & Fatehpur-Laxmangarh in Churu district of Rajasthan. The scope of work of this new order is to design, construction, execution, testing and commissioning of 160 MLD water treatment plant, raw water and clear water pumping stations, 1500 mm dia MS pipeline of 94 kms of transmission main from Dhannasar to Sardarsahar to meet the cumulative demand of Ratangarh-Sujangarh & Fatehpur-Laxmangarh towns including all relevant civil, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, automization and SCADA works. The construction period is 3 years and SPML will be responsible for Operations & Maintenance for 10 years post the commissioning.
The second order of Rs. 92 Crores has also been received from PHED, Jaipur is for development of water supply system for 92 villages along with other habitations of tehsil Laxmangarh of Sikar district in Rajasthan. The scope of works include providing, laying, jointing, sectional testing and commissioning of 607 kilometers of pipeline along with other associated works. The construction period for this project is 2 years and SPML will also be responsible for Operations & Maintenance for 10 years post the commissioning.
