SPML Infrastructure is evaluating options to raise funds by divesting stake in hydro power and road assets. It is also planning to raise up to Rs 1 billion through the QIP.
The use of funds raised is not known. SPML Infrastructure executes EPC projects in water sector, power and infrastructure sectors. Its activities include laying of water supply networks, etting-up of distribution lines, BOOT and O&M based projects in water management, solid waste management and hydropower projects.
