Jaipur citizens to ride Metro train by June
Rajasthan has claimed that its capital Jaipur will see the Metro running this June itself. It claimed that the Metro had been constructed in a record time of less than two and half years thanks to the support from the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation. Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said this in his meeting with the Deputy Chairman of the Planning Commission Montek Singh Ahluwalia in Delhi on March 20.

Indian government is committed to the development of inter-country rail linkages and in furtherance of this policy, it supports the development of Trans-Asian Railway Network, the Union Railway Minister Pawan Kumar Bansal said in Delhi on March 19.
