In Himachal Pradesh, process to acquire the required land to widen the 25 km Solan-Waknaghat stretch on Kalka-Shimla National Highway into four lanes has begun. The authorities concerned said that the land owners on either sides of the highway have been asked to submit the estimated cost of their land to be acquired for the four-laning.

In Mumbai, construction work on the much needed Kherwadi flyover on Western Express Highway (WEH) is all set to begin, the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has announced. The construction on the flyover is to take at least 18 months.
L&T to list 6 road projects on S’pore stock exchange
