A default notice has been issued to Pink City Expressway company, the developer of Gurgaon-Jaipur highway, by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for not completing the work in time and poor maintenance even after the end of the 60-day deadline for remedial measures. Sources said that NHAI may take action against the developer including taking over the toll collection for at least 180 days, as per the contract norms.
