The six-lane National Highway-1 from Panipat to Jalandhar, 291 km stretch will be completely signal-free by November 2011. Soma Isolex Tollway was mandated for execution of this project, with an agreement to complete the project in 30 months. The project is being implemented on design, build, finance and operate (DBFO) basis.
