Mormugao Port Trust (MPT) will now have to obtain prior permission from the Goa government authorities. The State's Directorate of Municipal Administration (DMA) has directed MPT to submit a layout and building plans of the area allotted to MPT, along with a master plan for future development to the statutory authorities.
