Major ports witness rise in coal cargo
The 12 major ports in the country witnessed 43.96 percent rise in the handling of thermal coal cargo at 19 million tonne (mn t) during Apr-Jun 2013 from the year-ago period. Coal stock rises across several ports
Data from Interocean Group shows that coal stock across several ports in the country grew 5.8 percent to about 10.8 million (mn t) as of May 3 compared to 10.27 mn t in the previous week.
