NHAI to rework on model concession agreement
The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) plans to rework the model concession agreement (MCA) for highway projects that was redrafted just three years back after road developers sought changes to the model agreement amid a slowing economy. Govt asks CIL to supply coal for another 18K mw plants
The government has asked Coal India to supply fuel to an additional 18,000 megawatts of new thermal power capacity that will come up by March 2015, but the state firm feels it will not need to supply any additional coal.
