The previous two attempts by the district panchayat to construct an approach road to the bridge failed as the road caved in and now PWD roads division has taken up the task for the third time.

Hazaribag’s rural roads to be repaired at Rs 80 lakh
In Jharkhand's Hazaribag, the District Deputy Commissioner ManishRanjan has sanctioned Rs 80 lakh for repair and construction of rural roads and bridges from the development funds that the district received from the state government. The money was sanctioned after the DC reviewed the progress of construction of roads and bridges both in the rural area and the state highways with the engineers of the PWD roads division and the Hazaribag special (rural) division here on Sunday.
