Rise in revenues of Mysore railway divisions
The overall earnings of the Mysore Division of the South Western Railway has risen 11.02 per cent to Rs 527.37 crore over the previous year. It has transported 52.2 million passengers this year, earning 13.52 per cent more at Rs 222.64 crore over 2013-14. Loading has shown a 3.8 per cent increase, 3.455 million tonne as against last year´s loading of 3.33 million tonne.
