Dredging Corporation announces 20% dividend
A 20 per cent dividend has been declared by the Dredging Corporation of India (DCI) for 2012-13. The DCI registered 31 per cent growth in its operational income, which rose from Rs 485 crore to Rs 635 crore, DCI said in a press release.

CCEA may reschedule Rs 98K cr NHAI premium
The Union government may consider to reschedule premium payment worth Rs 98,000 crore to be paid by private road concessionaires to National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for 23 road projects. The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA) would soon to consider a proposal in this regard.
Navi Mumbai’s two key roads to get flyovers
The Mumbai Metropolitan Regional Development Authority (MMRDA) will construct flyovers on Palm Beach Road and Thane-Belapur Road in Navi Mumbai to decongest traffic on the two main roads. This was stated by the Maharashtra State Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan.
Rs 44 cr for Hyderabad Outer Ring Road development
In Hyderabad, Rs 44 crore will be spent on the maintenance of Outer Ring Road (ORR) stretches for the next three years. Stretches between Gachibowli and Shamshabad, Patancheru and Shamirpet and Shamirpet and Pedda Amberpet (nearing completion) will be taken up for road works.
No SBI loans to road projects with land issues
Proposed road projects that have not finished the acquisition of the required land for the purpose will not get loans from State Bank of India (SBI). The decision has been taken by SBI on the requisition of Central Bureau of Investigation and Chief Vigilance Commission. SBI is IndiaĆās biggest moneylender.
