Maha calls RFP for 6,000 CCTVs for Mumbai

To design, implement and operate a state-of-the-art, internet protocol-based CCTV surveillance system for Mumbai, the Maharashtra government has invited a Request for Proposal (RFP). The project cost is estimated at Rs 800 crore. The government's initiative comes ahead of the fifth anniversary of the 26/11 terrorist attack in Mumbai which killed 166 people.
